Where Did That Come From?

Our son works in the music industry. He can play a keyboard, the drums and the guitar. He can hear nuances in chords, refrains and other musical things that I never knew existed. Where did this ability come from? His father, the hubby I refer to often here, is fond of an eclectic mix of musical styles. He can strum a guitar, but I can't say he's gifted necessarily. I certainly don't have any talent in this area. Well, I can play "My Country 'Tis of Thee," one fingered on a piano but I don't really think this counts. So where did this come from? This gift of music? I don't know. But I can't imagine him without it, that's for sure!
